What to Expect in Healing Sessions

All physical, mental, or emotional illnesses are indicators of a deeper problem. The cause of illness needs to be removed for you to be truly well again. You are invited to participate in your healing process as it is in you that the illness is taking place. Proper thinking and relating to yourself and others is fundamental to becoming and remaining healthy.

Sessions can be very relaxing or quite strenuous. Real healing sessions need to create profound changes within you. 
 
Make sure you do not go to the gym or have other stressful commitments right afterwards.
